The Psych Sheet for the Regional Championship meet can be found right here on the Virginia Swimming website.  Be sure to check their site regularly as information can change several times prior to the start of a meet.

Short Course Team Records - Updated

The Short Course Team Records have been updated to reflect  the successes of this season.  Our swimmers have set TWENTY-FOUR new records this season - that's amazing!  I have a feeling that we're not done yet either...

Great job, Sharks!

District Championships and practice info

District Champ Meet Packet

Please take a look at the District Championship Meet information in the above link....it has the event info as well as the warm-up times.

Follow this link to see the event entries for each swimmer at this weekend's championship.

For our 8 and unders, note the following:  "8 & younger swimmers competing in 25-yard events in the morning sessions must report to the Clerk of Course. They will be escorted to the blocks at that point by swim meet staff. 8 & younger swimmers competing in any 50 and/or 100 events need to report directly to the blocks."

There will be NO practice on Friday or Saturday this week due to the championship meet.

Team Photo Op

Hi all.

 

Coach David has asked that all swimmers come to the Y at 4:15 this Wednesday ( 2/3) for a photo op. A photographer from the newspaper will be there at 4:30pm. He plans to take the pics quickly and then leave...so, don't be late. Feel free to wear your team suit, if you have one. After the photo is taken, there will be a combined practice for all age groups from 4:30 to 6:30pm.
