Practice update: 01/05/2010

Practice time for the remainder of this week:

Wednesday:  No afternoon practice (High school swim meet).  Morning dryland practice will be held as scheduled.

Thursday:  Normal practice times for all groups

Friday:  Bronze will practice from 5:00 - 5:45, Silver from 6:00 - 7:15 and Gold/Seniors from 6:00 - 7:30

Saturday:  9:00 - 11:00
