Greetings Swim Moms & Dads ---
As you know, we are co-hosting a meet this weekend with WAC at Fort Eustis. As a meet host, one of our responsibilities is to "feed and water" the approximately 75 coaches and officials. Because we are co-hosting the meet, our swim club is only responsible for Sunday's meals and snacks. Should be a piece of cake! I'm hopeful that you would each be willing to pick something off the list below to contribute to our efforts in hospitality --- if everyone contributes, our expenses will be minimal and the meet will be more profitable for the team ---YEAH!!

Here's the list....please reply to me (julie.ross67@gmail.com) as soon as possible with what you will be bringing. I'll be shopping for what's left on Saturday.
2 boxes of pancake mix
4 bottles of syrup
1 lb of butter
3 gallon jugs of water
10 dozen eggs
Can of coffee
Cream, sugar and milk for the coffee
4 jugs of orange juice
7 boxes of crackers - would like to have a variety
12 loaves of bread for sandwiches - a variety would be great
2 big jars of mayo
4 jars of mustard - a variety would be great
1 jar of sliced pickles to put ON sandwiches
3 jars of pickles like what are served on the plate next to sandwiches
12 dozen cookies or brownies - homemade is preferable --- coaches go crazy over this!!
4 bags of candy - variety is good here
2 bags of apples
3 boxes of clementines
7 dozen granola bars - variety would be great
10 2 liters of soda - variety is good
18 cases of bottled water
