Weekly Update

These are the messages for the week of March 16 - 22, 2009

We will be on regular practice schedule for the week with a few changes

-- Thursday evening's practice will be from 5:00 - 6:00PM for all practice groups (w/ exception of 8&Unders)

--  Friday evening's practice will be from 5:00 - 6:00PM for all practice groups.

--  There will be NO Saturday morning practice due to Age Group Championships in Mannassas Virginia.

The Krispie Kreme donut sale is going to be happening this coming weekend.  Please be ready and willing to participate and help out in any and every way needed.  If you have any question, please e-mail Debbie Gibbs at dbegibbs@embarqmail.com.

There is an oppurtunitty to swim at a long course meet at the end of this month.  The meet weekend is March 28-29, 2009 at Midtown Aquatic Center.  There is a sign-up sheet at YMCA, and the sign-up deadline will be on FRIDAY MARCH 20, 2009.
