These are the messages for the week of February 16 - 22, 2009
We will be on regular practice schedule for all practice groups for the entire week with a few changes
1.) There will be a combined practice for all children on Friday February 20 from 5:30 - 6:30PM due to B/C Awards being held at Mid-town Aquatic Center.
2.) There will be NO practice for any children on Saturday due to B/C Awards being held at Mid-town Aquatic Center.
3.) There will be ONLY ONE morning practice for all seniors this week. The morning practice will be offered on Wednesday morning from 5:30 - 6:45AM.
This week is the beginning on OBX Swim Club's Championship meet season. The following weekends are when OBX Swim Club has children swimming:
-- B/C Awards -- February 20 - 22, 2009
-- A/BB Champs -- February 27 - March 1, 2009
-- Senior Champs -- March 5 - 8, 2009
-- Age Group Champs -- March 19 - 22, 2009
GOOD LUCK TO ALL SWIMMERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS WEEKEND'S B/C AWARDS.
The warm-up time and timer sheets will be available no later than Wednesday.
The sign-up deadline for A/BB Champs will be on Monday February 16, 2009. If you have time standards or are close to the A/BB time standards, and you would swim at the A/BB Champs, please write your name on the sign-up sheet, just in case.
