Warm-up Times & Directions to VWC

Warm-up times for the ODAC/OBX Intrasquad meet are as follows

Warm-ups will start at 2:00PM.  All children are expected to be there at 1:30PM.

The meet will start promptly at 2:40PM

Directions to the campus of VWC:

From Points South

Take I-95 or I-85 north to US 58. Take US 58 East to I-64 West. Follow I-64 to Exit 282 (Northampton Boulevard/Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel). Stay to the right off the exit ramp and turn right at the first traffic light (Wesleyan Drive). The College is 2/3 mile on the right.

These are the messages for the week of January 19 - 25, 2009

--  We will be on regular practice schedule for the entire week.  There may be a change to Saturday morning's practice later on in the week.  Please stay tuned in for NEW information.

--  The entries for the ODAC/OBX Intra-squad meet are posted at the YMCA.                                                          

--  The entries for the BAC Sprint Challenge Meet are posted at the YMCA.

The WAC Last Chance Meet Invitation and Sign-up sheet are posted at the YMCA.  The sign-up deadline is Monday January 26, 2009.  There will be NO e-mail sign-ups accepted.  This will be the last meet available for all swimmers that have the desire to swim at Championship meets.

Due to FFHS Swim-a-thon on Friday evening, there will be a change in practice times.

Seniors -- 4:00 - 5:30PM
9 - 12's -- 5:30 - 6:30PM
8 & U's -- 5:30 - 6:30PM

These are the messages for the week of January 5 - 11, 2009

Welcome back all swimmers.  The OBX Swim Club coaching staff hopes that everyone had a great break.

The Entire week all groups will be on regular practice schedules with  1 change.

1.)  There will be NO Wednesday practice due to a high school swim meet.  There will be a 8 & Under make-up practice on Thursday from 5:00 - 5:45PM.

8 & Unders -- 5:00 - 5:45PM or 6:00 - 6:45PM M,W,F

9-10's -- 6:00 - 7:15PM M,Tu,W,Th,F & 8:00 - 10AM Sa

11-12's -- 6:00 - 7:15PM M,Tu,W,Th,F & 8:00 - 10AM Sa

Seniors -- 4:00 - 6:00PM M,Tu,W,Th,F & 8:00 - 11:00AM Sa
