We will be on regular practice schedule for the week with 1 change:
1. There will be NO practice Friday or Saturday due to the Derby Meet in Fairfax VA.

Also, here is the entry report for the Derby Meet (includes entry fees) - please remember to return your entry fees promptly to the swim team mailbox.
Please reply to your email sign-up for both the ECSL Meet held in Morehead City, NC and ODAC 1 Mile Ocean Swim held in VA Beach as soon as possible. Thanks!
