Welcome to Week 17- Happy New Year!
We were pleased to see so many at practice during the break. Even if
you were only able to come once or twice, it will help your transition
back to normal practice routines. After the pool was closed on
Wednesday and Thursday we were able to do some dryland practice, play
kickball and frisbee.
The sign up sheet is posted on the bulletin board at the Y for the
upcoming meet at Ft Eustis January 7-8. Please take the time to sign
your child up. It is the only B/C meet in January. There will be a sign
up sheet posted soon for the A/BB meet to be held on January 14-15 at
ODU. Entries for both meets are due by January 2.
We hope that everyone had a great holiday. We are hoping to see some great swims in 2006!

SENIOR- Dryland- Running M+W @ 4:30. Fridays in Fitness Room B
at 4:30PM. Senior meeting and tapes will be held Thursday @ 4:30 PM in
the YMCA meeting room. Wear appropriate work out clothes and shoes.
Journals are now due on Mondays.
All swimmers please remember to bring the following to practice:
Goggles- you might invest in an extra pair, just in case!
Cap-girls at practice, everyone at meets
Fins- all groups
Paddles- all groups who ordered should bring them to practice
Water or sports drink- Accelerade, Endurox, (only found at GNC or internet) Gatorade
Regular Practice Schedule-
Senior- MTWTHF 4:30-6:30 Tues- 6:00AM-730AM, Sun- 3:30PM-5:30PM
