Practice is cancelled on Sunday, January 8th due to the Typhoon B/C Meet. Friday's practice will be as usual. Recommendation for Junior and Junior Elite swimming in the Saturday morning session at Ft. Eustis - do not attend the Friday evening practice.
We will have practice on Sunday, January 14th because of limited attendance at the A/BB Meet.
