I hope everyone had a great weekend and survived Ophelia!! Amanda, Rob and I hope to get back to a regular schedule after missing practice due to the storm. We are glad to see so many signed up for the ODAC meet!! We are enjoying the journal comments- keep up the good work.
Senior Dryland begins Sept.20
Dry land begins tomorrow, September 20th: 1 mile run. Meet at Beach Access/Public Parking - Huron on old beach road at 4:30pm. If you need ride, I will be at the YMCA coaching Jr Prep until 4:25.
Senior - Dry land schedule for September- Tues- 1 mile run.
Senior & Junior Elite 2 - Thurs+Fri- Fitness room B at YMCA @ 4:30pm.
Please try to bring water or a sport drink for every practice!!!!!!
Developmental- Tuesday, Thursday 6:30- 7:30
Junior Prep- Mon, Tues, Thurs. 3:30-4:30
Junior- Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri. 6:30-8:00 (3 to 4 practices recommended)
Junior Elite 1- Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, 6:30-8:00 / Sunday 3:30-5:30 ( 4 to 5 practices recommended)
Junior Elite 2- Mon, Wed, Fri, 4:30-6:30, Tues. 6:30-8:00, Sunday 3:30-5:30 ( 4 to 5 practices recommended)
Senior- Mon, Tues, Wed ,Thurs, Fri, 4:30-6:30, Tuesday double practice 6AM-7-30AM, Sunday 3:30-5:30 (race day) ( 6 practices recommended)
