ODAC Meet Registration File

The Meet Schedule seems to be a moving target this year. ODAC is now hosting the first meet on October 16th and 17th. You can download the Meet Registration Form here. Please fill out your swimmers information and include a check for the number of days you plan on attending. Entries are due by Monday October 4, 2004.
